Core technical parameters

1. Electrical parameters

Working voltage: 24VDC DC power supply, this standard voltage matches the output voltage of a large number of sensors, 

switches and other devices in the industrial field, which ensures the compatibility of the module in various industrial environments. 

Whether it is 2-wire proximity switches, 3-wire photoelectric sensors, or other devices outputting 24VDC signals, 

all of them can be stably connected with DI620 module to achieve signal transmission. 

Input Signal Characteristics: With the de-jitter function, it effectively eliminates the signal jitter caused by mechanical vibration, 

electromagnetic interference and other factors, ensuring that the collected signals are true and reliable. 

The signal type is unipolar and compatible with 5V TTL signals, which can be adapted to a variety of different types of digital signal sources, 

thus widening the application range of the module. 

Current output: each channel can provide 8.3mA digital input signal, the current strength can ensure the stability of the signal in the transmission process, 

but will not cause excessive load on the front-end equipment, to ensure the accuracy of signal transmission. 

Signal Acquisition Time: The signal acquisition speed is extremely fast, usually less than 1ms. 

in industrial application scenarios that require high real-time performance, 

such as equipment status monitoring in high-speed production lines and rapid response safety interlocking systems, 

the DI620 module is able to quickly capture signal changes and transmit them to the control system in a timely manner, 

thus ensuring a fast response from the system. 

2. Physical Parameters

Dimensions: The module dimensions have been carefully designed, and the reasonable external dimensions enable it to effectively save space 

when installed in the control cabinet, facilitating compact layout with other equipment and enhancing the utilisation of space inside the control cabinet. 

Weight: light weight, whether in the initial installation process, or later maintenance and replacement, 

it is easy for operators to carry and install, reducing the difficulty and labour intensity of manual operation. 

3. Connection and communication parameters

Connection type: Terminal row connection is adopted, which has the advantages of solid connection, 

high reliability and easy maintenance. On-site wiring, the operator can use a screwdriver and other simple tools 

to quickly connect the external cable to the module terminal row; later line maintenance or replacement, plugging and unplugging 

the cable operation is also very convenient, effectively improving the maintenance efficiency. 

Communication interface: Built-in RS-485 interface, RS-485 is a kind of half-duplex communication interface,

 which has the characteristics of long transmission distance and strong anti-interference ability. 

Through this interface, DI620 module can communicate efficiently with other devices with the same interface to achieve data sharing and interaction; 

at the same time, it can be conveniently integrated into industrial networks based on RS-485 bus to transmit data stably with PLC, 

DCS and other control systems to ensure stable communication and consistent data of the whole automation system. 

4. Environmental parameters

Operating temperature range: It can work stably in the temperature range of - 25°C to + 60°C. 

This wide operating temperature range makes it suitable for various harsh industrial environments. 

Whether it is a high-temperature steel smelting workshop, chemical production equipment, 

or a low-temperature cold storage and refrigeration logistics equipment, the DI620 module can operate reliably 

and continue to collect digital signals for industrial automation systems. 

Storage temperature range: The module's performance and internal electronics remain undamaged in storage temperatures from - 40°C to + 70°C, 

guaranteeing reliability and availability of the product during transport, long term stocking and other phases.

1. High Reliability Design

Once over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and other abnormalities are detected, 

the self-protection mechanism is immediately activated to cut off the relevant channel signal inputs to prevent the expansion of the fault; 

at the same time, it sends fault alarm information to the upper control system, which is convenient for operators to overhaul in time.
