Check if the 24V power cord and plug are in good contact due to the lack of power supply and no response from the entire machine; Measure whether the voltage is ≥ 22 V; check the external fuse (maximum 4 A, UL 248 certification)
The display screen is dark or completely black, but the power LED is on and the backlight tube/backlight LED is malfunctioning; Before transmitting the DVI signal, check if the DVI cable is securely plugged in; If there is still no light after replacing the cable, it needs to be sent for repair (backlight cannot be replaced on site)
The image only appears after Windows startup, and the BIOS self-test screen does not display DDC data transfer rate. Modify the graphics card VideoBIOS or DDC clock limit in the driver to 50 kHz or lower
Check if the grounding bolt of the touch screen is connected to the grounding point of the control cabinet due to lack of response or chaotic response function grounding or poor grounding; The measured grounding resistance should be less than 0.1 Ω; The operator needs to wear regular shoes and stand on the grounded ground
TwinCAT reports an error when accessing the panel via USB. The default cycle time of 10 ms is too short. In TwinCAT, increase the cycle time for USB related tasks to 50 ms~80 ms
Individual pixels on the screen are not bright (bright/dark spots). The inherent characteristics of TFT production do not belong to quality defects, unless it exceeds the quantity allowed by ISO 9241-307
Selection reference for connection kit
CP69xx offers a variety of pre installed connection kits, greatly simplifying on-site wiring work. The following table shows commonly used kits and their applicable scenarios:
Package model length includes content, applicable distance
C9900-K560 1m DVI cable+USB cable for short distance inside the cabinet
C9900-K513 3m DVI cable+USB cable adjacent cabinet
C9900-K515 5m DVI cable+USB cable in the same workshop
C9900-K625 10 m DVI cable+CAT-5 cable+CU8801 converter+1 m USB cable for a distance of 10~50 meters
C9900-K777 1m DisplayPort to DVI cable+USB cable with new host (DP output only)
For industrial PCs that use DisplayPort output (such as the C6030 series), the K777~K779 series kit should be selected, which includes an active DP to DVI adapter cable without the need for an additional converter.
Technical parameters and environmental limitations
The key technical parameters of the CP69xx series are as follows:
Supply voltage: 22~30 V DC (rated 24 V DC, NEC Class 2)
Power consumption: Please refer to the power consumption and loss data table provided by the download center for specific models
Protection level: IP65 at the front and IP20 at the back
Vibration resistance: 0.035 mm displacement at 10~58 Hz; 0.5 G (approximately 5 m/s ²) acceleration at 58~500 Hz, in accordance with EN 60068-2-6
Impact resistance: 5 G (approximately 50 m/s ²), duration of 30 ms, in compliance with EN 60068-2-27
EMC immunity: compliant with EN 61000-6-2
EMC emission: compliant with EN 61000-6-4
Working temperature: 0 ° C~+55 ° C
Transportation/storage temperature: -25 ° C~+65 ° C
Relative humidity: maximum 95%, no condensation
During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the ambient temperature inside the control cabinet does not exceed 55 ° C, and sufficient ventilation space should be reserved at the back of the panel. If there are strong heating elements such as frequency converters and servo drives inside the cabinet, they should be cooled by forced air or kept at least 100mm away from the panel.
Retirement and disposal precautions
When the CP69xx panel needs to be retired or replaced, the operation process is the opposite of installation:
Turn off the 24V power and unplug the power plug.
Record the connection positions of all data cables and unplug them one by one.
Finally, disconnect the functional grounding wire.
Use a 3.0 mm hex wrench to loosen the four clamping handles counterclockwise and turn them back to the folded inward position.
Carefully remove the panel from the control cabinet opening.
