Troubleshooting steps:
CF card issue: If the device shuts down illegally (directly loses power) while writing files, the system files on the CF (Compact Flash) storage card may be damaged. At this point, it is necessary to boot and run a disk scan (SCANDISK) through the boot disk.
Setup configuration: Check if USB Legacy Support is enabled in the BIOS. If it is turned off, it may cause the keyboard to be unavailable in DOS or WinCE environments.
Chapter 6: Maintenance and Disposal
6.1 Daily Cleaning Standards
There is a lot of dust on the industrial site, so it is necessary to turn off the power of the industrial PC before cleaning to prevent accidental touch of buttons. Do not use diluents, abrasives, or metal scrapers to clean the screen surface. It is recommended to use a slightly damp soft cloth to gently wipe the front panel. When operating the touch screen, only use fingertips or specialized touch pens, and it is strictly prohibited to use hard objects such as screwdrivers to operate the film keyboard.
6.2 Emergency and scrapping
Fire emergency: if the equipment is on fire, dry powder extinguisher or nitrogen shall be used to put out the fire. It is strictly prohibited to use water or foam to avoid electric shock or expanding the short circuit range.
Environmental disposal: Equipment scrapping must comply with local electronic waste regulations. The shell is made of aluminum alloy material and can be recycled. The internal circuit board (PCB) and TFT lamp contain trace amounts of harmful substances, which need to be disposed of by a professional electronic waste disposal agency and cannot be discarded at will.
