Installation and storage specifications

1. Installation requirements

Device installation:

E50 MCB/RCBO: It must be installed vertically, with DIN rail (35mm) card mounting, and the incoming line can be installed vertically or vertically;

Simbox distribution box: Concealed installation requires reserved wall openings (matching the concealed installation size), exposed installation requires fixing on a flat wall, and internal components are fixed through DIN rails;

Wiring specifications: Hard wires should be stripped to the appropriate length, and the terminal tightening torque should not exceed 2.5N · m to avoid false connections and heat generation.

Environmental restrictions:

Temperature: MCB/RCBO does not require derating within the range of -5~+40 ℃. If it exceeds this range, please consult the manufacturer; The distribution box is suitable for -5~+60 ℃;

Altitude: up to 2000m, exceeding which insulation performance needs to be evaluated;

Pollution: Only applicable to pollution level II (no obvious dust, corrosive gases).

2. Storage and transportation

Storage conditions:

Temperature: 20-25 ℃, avoid environments below -20 ℃ or above 60 ℃;

Humidity: Relative humidity of 20% -30%, high humidity environment requires sealed packaging;

Other: It is prohibited to store it mixed with acidic liquids/gases or dust, and wiring should be avoided before use to prevent terminal battery effect corrosion.

Transportation requirements: light loading and unloading, avoid severe vibration, and transport in the same environment as storage conditions.
