VPVL provides various accessories for situations that require manual intervention. The mechanical safety lockout device complies with OSHA lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements and can lock the actuator in the fully open or fully closed position using dedicated locking screws to prevent accidental operation. For large-diameter valves, the optional side mounted detachable manual override is easily operated through a high reduction ratio handwheel gearbox, and is completely detached from the valve shaft in non emergency situations, without affecting the normal response of the pneumatic actuator. In addition, the directly installed NAMUR standard solenoid valve (3-way or 4-way, NEMA IV or NEMA VII housing) further simplifies pipeline connections and improves the compactness and reliability of the system.
