1. Green construction project

To study and formulate the responsible care construction plan of chemical industry park, and promote the practice of responsible care in chemical industry park. By 2025, 50 "green chemical parks" will be created, more than 100 key chemical parks will fully commit to practicing responsible care, and key petrochemical bases and chemical parks will become ecological and beautiful industrial clusters with "blue sky, clear water and green grass".

Yang Songfeng said that it is necessary to adhere to green and low-carbon development. Support the green technology innovation of enterprises in the park, promote cleaner production, improve resource utilization efficiency, realize the transformation from decentralized governance of enterprises to centralized governance of the park, promote the development of circular economy in the park, improve the degree of industrial correlation and recycling, actively carry out the integrated transformation of the park, and realize the circular connection between enterprises and industries. 2. Intelligent construction project

Yang Songfeng said that intelligent and digital development should be accelerated, modern technologies such as cloud computing and big data Internet of things should be adopted to speed up the construction of petrochemical industry platforms, build intelligent park management platforms, establish park related databases, industrial production system simulation and decision support systems, achieve information sharing, improve infrastructure support capabilities, and improve the construction plan of smart parks.

3. Standardized construction projects
