Promote exchanges and cooperation between mine safety supervision and supervision departments and developed countries in mine safety supervision, safety management systems, mining technology and equipment, accident investigation and analysis, and emergency rescue capacity building, and promote and expand practical cooperation among "Belt and Road" countries. Carry out foreign technical assistance projects in the field of mine safety in a timely manner. Experience sharing and exchange activities have been carried out with relevant international organizations in the areas of strategic planning, policy research, laws, regulations and technical standards, mine safety supervision and law enforcement capacity building, etc. Make use of the BRICS Industrial Energy Safety Working mechanism and the Energy Safety Regulatory Ministerial Meeting mechanism to carry out intergovernmental dialogue, exchange experience and practices, and promote mine safety work.
