2. Strengthen the construction of mine safety standards.

Adhere to and consolidate the government guidance, social participation, market-driven, coordinated standardization work pattern. Set up a national Technical Committee for Mine Safety Standardization, apply for a new mine safety industry standard code (KA), and scientifically classify and optimize the safety production industry standards of coal mines and non-coal mines into mine safety industry standards. Improve the working mechanism for the revision of mine safety standards, strengthen the revision of urgently needed shortage standards such as intelligent equipment, disaster prevention and control, and equipment safety technical conditions, and increase the effective supply of standards. We will encourage social forces to participate extensively in the formulation and revision of standards and norms. Timely disclosure of national, industrial, and local standards, strengthening of standard publicity training and implementation evaluation, and giving full play to the supporting role of standards for on-site safety management and safety supervision, supervision, and law enforcement of mining enterprises.

3. Improve the long-term mechanism of law popularization.
