Digital Input Acquisition: Equipped with 32 digital input channels, DSDX 452 can quickly sense and acquire various types of digital signals. It supports dry contact signals, which can be connected with various mechanical switches and relay contacts to accurately judge the opening and closing status of the equipment; at the same time, it is compatible with NPN/PNP transistor output signals, which is convenient for interfacing with modern electronic sensors, such as proximity sensors and photoelectric sensors, etc., so as to achieve real-time capturing of information about the position of objects on the production line and their movement status.

Digital Output Control: 32 digital output channels with isolated relay output design and contact capacity up to 250V AC/5A or 30V DC/5A. This gives it a powerful load driving capability to directly control solenoid valves, contactors, small motors and other actuating devices to achieve precise control of industrial processes. For example, in an automated production line, it can precisely control the movement of robotic arms and the starting and stopping of conveyor belts through the output signals to ensure that the production process is carried out in an orderly manner.

Remote communication: Equipped with PROFIBUS DP communication interface, it supports high-speed data transmission with a transmission rate of up to 12Mbps. With this interface, DSDX 452 can easily establish a stable communication connection with mainstream industrial control systems such as PLC, DCS, etc., to achieve rapid uploading of remote equipment status data and timely issuance of control commands to ensure the co-operation of all parts of the industrial automation system, and to satisfy the stringent requirements of real-time and reliability in industrial production.
