China's shipbuilding industry to set up ambition to climb again

China's shipbuilding industry enterprises should actively integrate into the tide of innovation and entrepreneurship century with the new generation of information technology as the carrier, pay close attention to and actively contact China's outstanding science and technology enterprises and start-ups, improve the understanding of cutting-edge technologies, study the feasibility of the application of the latest technologies in the shipbuilding industry, and explore the realization of new business models. Promote the technical interaction and talent flow between the shipbuilding industry and the high-tech industry, and accelerate the solution of the bottlenecks facing the current intelligent development of the industry.

In terms of intelligent manufacturing, while continuing to improve the efficiency of automatic production lines such as cutting, welding and pipe processing, we focus on discussing the application of intelligent manufacturing in the fields of large-scale structural treatment, painting, hoisting and outfitting with new technology enterprises. In terms of smart ships, from the point of view of the whole ship design, seize the ship control system as a "traffic entrance", have the courage to launch the Chinese version of the system ecology, form the design requirements and interface standards for each intelligent subsystem and intelligent supporting, and continue to iterate in combination with the actual needs of operation to promote the application of smart ships in the world on a larger scale.

Third, we need to accelerate the promotion of higher-level foreign cooperation.

Strong driving force of rules and a high level of internationalization are important manifestations of the international competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry. In the context of the country to promote a higher level of opening up to the outside world, the development of the shipbuilding industry also needs a higher level of foreign cooperation.

Ships are floating and circulating assets on a global scale, and international regulations have a strong pulling effect on ship technology and market trends. With the development and growth of China's shipbuilding industry, the need for broader and deeper participation, influence and formulation of international rules is becoming more urgent.

China Shipbuilding Industry Association will further organize domestic resources, gather the consensus of the whole industry on the trend of international rules, through the Active Shipbuilding Alliance (ASEF), the TRIPARTITE Conference of shippers, shipping enterprises and classification societies (TRIPARTITE), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), The World Shipbuilding Summit (JECKU) and the Committee of Shipbuilding Experts (CESS) and other platforms will increase efforts to carry out international technical exchanges, industrial policy consultations and the revision of international rules and standards, build a "circle of friends" to influence and promote international rules, and continue to enhance the impetus of international rules and international influence of China's shipbuilding industry. China's shipbuilding industry enterprises should make good use of the existing international exchange platform, actively participate in international economic and technological exchanges and cooperation, play a greater influence and leading role in the reconstruction and lean international industrial chain, and constantly improve the level of internationalization and international competitiveness.
