First, it is necessary to speed up the construction of a green industrial system for the shipbuilding industry.

The national "3060" carbon reduction commitment and the IMO Global Shipping greenhouse gas reduction strategy, respectively, from the manufacturing process and delivery of products, put forward new requirements for the shipbuilding industry. The realization of green development has become the social responsibility and political task of China's shipbuilding industry to serve the overall situation of national economic and social development, and also an important way to build the future competitive advantage of the shipbuilding industry.
