5.2.3 Replacement of 15 inch monitor

Operation: Use a small cross screwdriver to loosen two screws (1) and (2) respectively, and then carefully pull out the lamp tube assembly in the direction of the arrow. Operate in reverse order during installation.

The replacement of the lamp tube must use Beckhoff original spare parts to ensure that the brightness matches the lifespan.

Possible causes of malfunction and corresponding measures

The control panel has no display at all (PC has been started) and there is no power supply/CP Link cable connection error or disconnection. 1. Check the power supply on the industrial PC side.

2. Confirm if the red marked plug is aligned with the red dot socket.

If it still doesn't work, contact Beckhoff Service.

Industrial PC unable to complete boot boot. Floppy disk not removed/hard disk damaged/BIOS settings incorrect. Remove floppy disk and press to continue; If the hard drive is damaged, use the boot disk to boot and run SCANDISK; Check BIOS settings.

The screen is extremely dark or completely black (hard drive light is on), and the backlight tube is aging or damaged. Refer to Chapter 5 for replacement of the corresponding fluorescent tube.

The screen is normal but there is no response to touch or button. CP Link data channel fault/software configuration error. Check if the BNC connection of CP Link A channel is loose; If the connection is normal, it is necessary to check the upper layer software driver or contact the device manufacturer.

The image display is blurry or there is snowflake interference. The coaxial cable impedance is mismatched or the cable is too long. Check whether the cable type meets the corresponding transmission distance requirements (such as Cellflex composite cable must be used for 100 meters); Check if the BNC head welding shielding layer is intact.
