Chemical resistance (stainless steel front panel model)
If you choose stainless steel front panel (IP65), it has good resistance to common solvents and cleaning agents (according to DIN 42115 Part 2, action time>24 hours):
Tolerance: Ethanol, acetone, acetic acid (<50%), phosphoric acid (<30%), ammonia water (<40%), paraffin oil, gasoline, diesel, coffee, tea, vinegar, etc.
Intolerance: concentrated mineral acids, concentrated alkaline solutions, benzyl alcohol, dichloromethane, dimethylformamide, tetrahydrofuran, and high-pressure steam above 100 ° C.
The liquid temperature during cleaning should not exceed 45 ° C (for a few minutes).
Scrap disposal
Classification and recycling after disassembly: aluminum/metal shells are sent for metal recycling; Plastic parts (PC, PA6.6) are sent for plastic recycling; Circuit boards and fans should be treated as electronic waste; The CR2032 battery needs to be sealed with tape to seal the electrodes and sent to the battery recycling point.
