Electrical connection: The power cord should be a marine cable with an appropriate cross-sectional area (recommended 0.75-1.5 mm ²), and the terminal block should be crimped with a wire nose and tightened. Pay attention to correct polarity and ensure reliable grounding (if necessary). The signal line should be laid separately from the power line to avoid interference.
Environmental protection: If installed in areas that may be exposed to dripping or splashing water, it is recommended to install waterproof covers or choose products with higher protection levels. Regularly inspect the panel seals for aging and replace them if necessary.
Maintenance inspection: During daily inspections, pay attention to observing whether the LED indicator lights are lit up normally and whether the button movements are flexible. Conduct functional testing at least once a year to simulate alarm conditions and verify response. When cleaning the panel, a soft cloth dipped in neutral cleaning agent should be used to avoid using solvents or abrasive materials.
Spare parts and maintenance: Due to the complexity of internal circuits, component level maintenance is usually not carried out on site. When a malfunction occurs, it should be replaced as a whole and the faulty part should be returned to the manufacturer for repair. It is recommended that the ship reserve a small amount of spare parts to cope with emergency situations.
