Lv Jianzhong: In the situation of global energy fluctuations, the importance of energy security is particularly prominent. The implementation of the "Opinions" and "plans" requires a complete, accurate and comprehensive view and understanding of the "dual carbon" goal and path, flexible response, and avoid dogma and one-size-fits-all. It is necessary to deeply understand that the key and core of carbon peak carbon neutrality is still the energy transition. Currently, 80% of global carbon emissions come from energy sources, mostly fossil fuels. Whether the world can achieve the established emission reduction targets, the key depends on the smooth realization of energy transformation, mainly covering two aspects: first, the clean use of fossil energy, that is, the carbon reduction in the production and consumption of fossil energy; Second, the development of new energy, including wind, solar, geothermal energy, hydrogen energy, tidal energy, biomass energy and other forms of renewable energy.

To promote energy transformation, replacing fossil energy with non-fossil energy sources such as new energy cannot be done overnight, it needs a process. It should be recognized that there are still some difficulties in the current energy transition: on the one hand, orderly carbon reduction should be promoted, and on the other hand, it is limited by the current energy structure, and energy transformation can not be achieved in one step. The International Energy Agency expects that in the next certain period of time, if there is no major breakthrough in new energy storage technology, the world will still need a lot of fossil energy. In addition, due to the needs of the global green and low-carbon transformation, many governments have limited their investment in traditional fossil energy, resulting in a shortage of fossil energy supply, and the future of the world may still repeatedly spike in fossil energy prices and supply shortages.

After the "Opinions" and "plans" are issued, how will the oil and gas industry clarify the logic of future development?

Lv Jianzhong: In the face of the current energy market fluctuations, based on the "double carbon" goal and the requirements of energy transformation, the future development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry should clarify four relationships: the relationship between carbon reduction and development, the relationship between the oil and gas industry and the development of new energy, and the internal oil and gas  protein shuttling to the Zhinuomuanggou Kun  Guanji investigation  down the relationship

The oil and gas industry should make a balanced strategy, further increase oil and gas exploration and development efforts, increase oil and gas supply, reduce oil and gas dependence on foreign countries, rational use of oil and gas resources, improve use efficiency, and ensure national energy security. We should see from the national perspective that the future trend is to develop new energy, to provide financial, technical and other support for the development of new energy through the development of oil and gas business, and expand a diversified energy supply system.
