(3) Strengthen the deployment of industry awareness facilities

Perception facility is an important basis for digital transformation of traditional infrastructure. To accelerate the digital transformation of traditional infrastructure, traditional industries should fully seize the development opportunities of new technologies such as 5G, and make use of the characteristics of 5G, such as large bandwidth, low delay and massive connections, to create replicable iot industry solutions. To accelerate the application of perception facilities in urban management, public services, environmental protection and other fields, it is necessary to establish a mechanism for coordinating the construction of perception facilities and the Internet of Things private network, promote the intelligent interconnection of traditional infrastructure components in accordance with unified standards and norms, and improve the "terminal neurons" of traditional infrastructure. Focus on promoting the "multi-table integration" information collection system and terminal construction, and coordinate the deployment of temperature, rainfall, liquid level, flow, water quality and other "sponge city" sensing and monitoring equipment.

Third, actively promote the transformation of traditional infrastructure to integrated infrastructure

Actively carry out pilot demonstrations, explore the application mode of 5G, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and other new generation information technologies in the construction and operation of traditional infrastructure, continue to promote deep integration, improve the efficiency of traditional infrastructure operation, and achieve high-quality supply and service capabilities.

(1) Accelerating the deployment of intelligent transportation infrastructure

The construction of intelligent transportation infrastructure includes intelligent roads, traffic control platforms, extensive coverage of vehicle-used wireless communication networks, and high-precision spatio-temporal reference service capabilities for vehicles. Focusing on expressways and urban roads, starting with pilot demonstrations in developed areas, we will gradually expand the planning and construction of intelligent road infrastructure, and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of road infrastructure such as traffic signs. Accelerate the deployment of vehicle networking facilities based on C-V2X technology, and strengthen the intelligent interconnection between traffic lights, traffic signs, video surveillance facilities, communication facilities, and vehicle terminals. We will actively promote the 5G smart port construction model, promote the intelligent upgrading of Marine equipment, and strengthen research and demonstration applications of technologies such as unmanned ships and smart ships. Promote the application of artificial intelligence, 5G, and perception facilities in the construction of smart airports, and fully deploy services such as face boarding and self-service baggage check.

2. Promoting the deployment of smart energy infrastructure

Smart energy infrastructure involves different types of smart grids, smart oil and gas pipelines, and smart gas. Focus on accelerating the construction of power Internet of Things, using sensing facilities, 5G, artificial intelligence and other technologies to comprehensively carry out intelligent perception and diagnosis of power equipment faults, independent intelligent regulation of source network load and storage resources, autonomous coordination and multiple services and applications of comprehensive energy, and build an intelligent operation system of energy systems. Accelerate the construction of intelligent charging infrastructure, with special charging facilities such as parking Spaces in user's residence, unit parking lots, bus and taxi stands as the main body, and public charging facilities such as public building parking lots, social public parking lots, and temporary parking Spaces as the auxiliary. The electric vehicle charging infrastructure system will be formed by supplementing the independent urban fast charging stations, change stations and intercity fast charging stations built in the expressway service areas. The demonstration construction of "multi-station integration" will be carried out, and a new model of multi-station integration such as data center station, charging (replacement) power station, 5G base station, energy storage station, Beidou base station and photovoltaic station will be carried out by using substation site, communication network and power resources.

(3) Promote the construction of smart water conservancy in all aspects

At present, the informatization level of water conservancy infrastructure is relatively low, and water conservancy facilities are related to power generation, irrigation, environmental protection and other facilities. The next step should be to strengthen the planning and guidance of the construction of smart water conservancy infrastructure. Deep integration of remote sensing, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to build a heaven and earth integrated water monitoring system, to achieve dynamic monitoring and comprehensive perception of water resources, rivers and lakes, various water conservancy projects, water ecological environment and other water-related information; Further strengthen the construction of computing and storage capabilities, fully integrate and utilize various water conservancy information management platforms, build highly integrated water conservancy big data centers, and gradually form a smart water conservancy brain; Make full use of public communication networks to build the network connection and interconnection of all perceived objects of water conservancy, water administration departments at all levels, and relevant water conservancy enterprises and institutions.
