来源: | 作者:佚名 | 发布时间 :2023-11-29 | 394 次浏览: | Share:

First, textile fibers

In 2017, the total amount of global textile fibers exceeded 93 million tons, and the Chinese mainland accounted for more than 70% of the global textile fibers, and the global synthetic fibers were 61.58 million tons, mainly polyester fiber (polyester), cotton, polyacrylonitrile fiber (acrylic), nylon fiber, polypropylene fiber and other fibers. The output and market proportion of various fibers are shown in the following figure. Polyester aramid fiber accounted for more than 50% of the total market.

Second, chemical fiber oil agent introduction

Chemical fiber oil agent refers to a class of textile auxiliaries that are indispensable in the production and processing of chemical fiber. It has become an important influencing factor for the high-quality development of chemical fiber industry. Its main function is to regulate the friction properties of chemical fiber, prevent or ****** static accumulation, and give the fiber smooth, bunching, antistatic, soft and other properties. Make the chemical fiber smoothly through spinning, drawing, elastic, spinning and weaving processes. At the same time, the formula of chemical fiber oil is directly related to the printing and dyeing quality, so the United States, Germany, Britain, Japan and other countries have been very active in the study of chemical fiber oil, not only developed a lot of new ****** oil, but also the use of compounding technology to develop a good antistatic, smooth and bunching compound oil. Although the amount of chemical fiber oil in the production of chemical fiber is very small, but it plays a pivotal role in the quality of fiber, in 2017 China's total output of chemical fiber has exceeded 50 million tons, the consumption of chemical fiber oil is close to 800,000 tons, the annual cost of tens of billions of yuan, is the world's ****** chemical fiber oil consumer.

Third, the development of chemical fiber oil agent

China's chemical fiber oil industry started late, is accompanied by the continuous growth of chemical fiber industry and developed, now has a certain scale and foundation, at present, China's chemical fiber industry on POY oil dosage of about 150,000 tons/year, FDY oil dosage of about 120,000 tons/year, The amount of DTY oil agent is about 500,000 tons/year, and the amount of staple fiber oil agent is about 50,000 tons/year. As shown in the following picture. In terms of DTY oil agent, domestic brands currently occupy the ****** market, Transhua Group Co., Ltd. is a typical representative of the market, chemical fiber factory self-distribution trend is obvious. However, in the former spinning agent, or foreign brands dominate, of which about 80% of the market is still controlled by Japanese and German companies. In this regard, after nearly 10 years of research and development, domestic enterprises are still in the initial stage of development. In other chemical fiber oil, China is still mainly imported from abroad, domestic oil additives enterprise technology is still immature, need to further break through the development of ****** chemical fiber oil agent. So far, the development of chemical fiber oil agents can be summarized as follows:

1. ****** substitute chemical fiber oil agent

In the 1950s, the conventional spinning process was used to manufacture ordinary polyester filament, nylon filament and spinning, and the oil was mainly composed of mineral oil, emulsifier and antistatic agent.

2. Second generation chemical fiber oil agent

In the 1960s, the heat resistance of the oil agent was improved when the textured silk and industrial silk were manufactured, and the oil composition with fatty acid ester as the main body was developed.

3. Third generation chemical fiber oil agent

In the early to mid-1970s, the third generation of oils using fatty acid esters with propylene oxide/ethylene oxide and polyethers was developed to adapt to the process of large roll and spindle deformation.

4. The fourth generation chemical fiber oil agent

In the mid to late 1970s, the high-speed spinning process adopted the fourth-generation oil agent based on propylene oxide/ethylene oxide polyether.

5. Fifth generation chemical fiber oil agent

From the 1980s to the early 1990s, the chemical fiber filament has developed to high-speed, ultra-high-speed and multi-functional fibers, and has adapted to the development of modified propylene oxide/ethylene oxide polyether and the fifth-generation oil agent composed of ingredients and additives with low friction, ultra-heat resistance, easy wetting and other special functions. Foreign main brands: Japan bamboo, Germany SS, Germany Daco, Germany Sima, etc., the main domestic brands: Zhejiang Transhua, Tiangong University, Suzhou bamboo, Shanghai Tiantan, Warnerss, Jiangsu Yurun, China Textile Haitian and so on.

Fourth, chemical fiber oil dosage and brand

The amount of oil varies according to the variety of chemical fiber, the amount of ordinary filament spinning oil is generally 0.2%-1.5% of the fiber quality, the high-speed spinning oil is 0.15%-0.5%, the special-shaped silk and some polypropylene filament spinning oil is 1.5%-2.0%, the amount of post-spinning oil is generally 1.5%-2.5%, and the amount of short fiber spinning oil is 1%. In 2018 ****** chemical fiber was 62.63 million tons, and about 1 million tons of various oils were used. Large foreign oil production enterprises are mainly concentrated in Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States.

10. Domestic textile oil enterprises and oil development

China's textile chemical fiber oil industry started late, beginning in the early 1980s, but it has developed rapidly, and now it has a certain scale and foundation. The development, technology and production of oil agents have formed a relatively complete supporting system. As far as finished polyester oil is concerned, domestic polyester filament has accounted for 60% of the total fiber in recent years, and the use of polyester filament oil has accounted for 45% of the total oil. Polyester filament oil is generally composed of a variety of base oils and various surfactants, need to take into account lubricity, antistatic, heat resistance, viscosity, so that contradictory performance requirements are balanced to meet, sometimes as many as a dozen components. Therefore, it is necessary to study the properties of the components, master the microemulsification technology, compound formulation and matching chemical fiber production process in the development of polyester filament oil agent.

At present, the localization rate of DTY winding oil is about 80%, the localization rate of POY oil is about 50%, FDY fine denier oil is about 40%, and the localization rate of polyester industrial filament oil is less than 30%. Polyester staple fiber oil agent not only to meet the production of chemical fiber factory, but also to meet the needs of textile factory after processing, development is difficult, the localization rate is low. Shanghai Petrochemical, Liaoyang Petrochemical, Yizheng Chemical fiber and other large chemical fiber factories, raw materials for high-quality polyester, fast tensile speed, most of the selection of oil from Japan Takemoto oil company and Matsumoto company imported, accounting for 80% of the total amount; Another kind of small chemical fiber plant, the raw materials are waste and polyester waste bottles of large chemical fiber plants, the drawing speed is slow, and the antistatic agent octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium nitrate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and glycerol are used in the early stage of the ****** generation of short fiber oil. In the 1990s, the advent of alkyl phosphate esters as antistatic agents and the development of surfactant industry drove domestic polyester staple fiber oils into the second generation, and the production capacity of small chemical fiber factories expanded rapidly and the drawing speed increased, so basically the second generation of domestic oils were selected.
