Rotor/speed fault: Focus on checking whether the DADT 100 rotor adaptation module and its 1-meter connecting wire are loose or damp, and whether the rotor voltage signal is disturbed. If the system is configured with an encoder, the encoder signal line should be checked.
Cable overheating/overload: Check whether the motor cable connection is firm, whether there is mechanical jamming causing long-term current imbalance, or check whether the mechanical overload (Group 14) protection threshold setting in the software parameters is reasonable.
Undervoltage or Overvoltage Alarm: Check the grid status recorded by the DASG overvoltage protection module and investigate whether there are severe voltage fluctuations caused by the start stop of large equipment in the workshop grid. ASTAT can operate reliably at 70% of the nominal line voltage. If frequent alarms occur, it indicates that the on-site power supply quality is extremely poor.
3. Maintenance and spare parts management
The modular plug-in design of ASTAT makes on-site replacement extremely fast. More importantly, the entire ASTAT series (power range from 25A to 2200A) shares a common spare parts list, greatly reducing the variety of different models of spare parts in inventory. Control cables can be laid together with power cables and lighting cables without worrying about interference risks, which provides great convenience in the wiring of old equipment renovation.
