WESTINGHOUSE Alpha Plus Series Low Voltage Distribution System

The products cover a full range of categories including main distribution boards (MDBs), distribution boards (SMDBs), and final distribution boards (Final DBs), with a rated current range of 800A-6400A and a protection level of IP43-IP54. They have passed international authoritative certifications such as IEC 61439, ASTA, and KEMA, and can withstand short-circuit currents up to 100kA/1s. The core value lies in providing users with stable, reliable, and safe low-voltage distribution support through "high-strength structural design, flexible expansion capacity, and strict safety standards", adapting to the full scenario distribution needs from large industrial plants to small commercial spaces.

Load matching: Select the rated current based on the total load current, with a 20% margin reserved; Select circuit breaker specifications based on equipment requirements for branch current.
Protection level: Choose IP43 for dry indoor environments, IP54 for humid/dusty environments, and additional protection is required for outdoor scenes.
Installation space: Choose surface installation for ample space, and embedded/row type distribution boards for compact space.
Expansion requirements: When the future load may increase, modular design products should be prioritized and expansion interfaces should be reserved.
Certification compliance: Select products with complete certification according to the specifications of the project location to ensure compliance.
