2. Installation steps

Equipment positioning: Determine the installation position according to the design drawings and reserve sufficient operation and maintenance space (surrounding ≥ 50cm).

Fixed equipment: Floor standing equipment is fixed to the foundation through anchor bolts; Wall mounted equipment is fixed to the wall with expansion bolts to ensure a secure installation.

Cable wiring: Both top and bottom entry lines are acceptable, and the cable must be sealed and protected when passing through the glass plate; The cable cross-section should match the rated current, and the wiring terminals should be tightly pressed to avoid false connection and heat generation.

Grounding connection: Connect the equipment grounding terminal reliably to the on-site grounding system, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4 Ω.

Pre power on inspection: Check the incoming phase and voltage, inspect the busbar connection and outgoing circuit configuration to ensure compliance with design requirements.

2. Connection and fixing accessories

Bolt: M6-M36 specification, torque 25-20000 kg-cm, in compliance with mechanical connection standards.

Grounding terminals: M6 (neutral wire/grounding strip), M10 (main grounding terminal), ensure reliable grounding.

Cable gland plate: detachable, easy to drill and wire, with good sealing performance, ensuring protection level.

(2) Expansion plan

Horizontal expansion: Add output modules, flexibly expand 2-18 channels, protect idle output ports with blank boards, and add circuit breakers as needed in the later stage.

Vertical expansion: Increase wiring space through top/bottom expansion boxes, or install additional control and metering components.

Lateral expansion: Expand the capacity of the busbar through the lateral expansion box to meet the demand for load growth.

Upgrade and Expansion: Replace busbars or circuit breakers with higher current levels without the need to replace the entire equipment, reducing expansion costs.


Application scenarios and selection suggestions

(1) Core application areas

Industrial scenarios: Factory production lines, data centers, and large-scale equipment power distribution. We recommend the MDB series (800A-6400A)+Gi/Fi series distribution boards to meet heavy-duty and high reliability requirements.

Commercial scenarios: shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, Bi/PQ series terminal distribution boards+RT series line distribution boards are recommended to meet the needs of distributed power distribution and compact space.

Residential scenarios: apartment buildings, villas, recommended single-phase COJ/Din Rail series+three-phase Ci series, suitable for low current and multi circuit needs.

Special scenarios: humid and dusty environments (such as underground garages and workshops), we recommend the MDB series with IP54 protection and sealed outlet modules to enhance environmental adaptability.
