Installation and transportation specifications
(1) Transportation requirements
1. Forklift transportation
Suitable for distribution boards with a depth of ≤ 250mm, they need to be secured with ropes during transportation to avoid shaking; The equipment with busbar room needs to confirm the center of gravity in advance to prevent tipping.
The spacing between forklift arms should match the size of the equipment base to avoid squeezing the outer shell or internal components.
2. Crane transportation
Only use the M12 lifting ring on the top of the equipment, with an angle of ≥ 45 ° between the sling and the top of the equipment, and transport a maximum of 3 column type equipment at a time.
The sling should be made of high-strength materials to ensure that its load-bearing capacity matches the weight of the equipment; Before transportation, check that the lifting rings and slings are securely connected and not loose.
Follow the requirements of DIN 580 standard for mechanical connection components to ensure lifting safety.
(2) Installation specifications
1. Installation environment
Environmental temperature: -5 ℃~+40 ℃, avoid high temperature, high humidity, and corrosive gas environment; Altitude ≤ 1000m, exceeding altitude requires reduced capacity for use.
Installation surface: solid, flat, able to withstand equipment weight (floor standing equipment needs to be fixed on a concrete foundation); When installing on the surface, it should be firmly fixed to avoid vibration.
