(2) Single phase distribution board series

1. COJ series (plug-in)

Rated current 100A-125A, 2-14 output lines, supporting surface/embedded installation, optional DIN/RCD/plug-in inlet, maximum cable capacity 50mm ² (100A), suitable for residential and small commercial scenarios.

2. Din Rail series (rail type)

Rated current 100A, 2-14 outgoing lines, surface/embedded installation, DIN rail type incoming line, branch supports MCB/RCBO, maximum cable capacity 35mm ² (125A), compact structure, space saving.

(3) Row distribution board (RT series)

Modular compact design, 1-6 line configuration, supports 16/24 module installation, surface/embedded installation, IP41 protection, 1.2mm steel plate shell, RAL 7032 coating, suitable for distributed power distribution needs in residential and commercial spaces.


Structural Design and Safety Protection

(1) Structural design highlights

1. High strength shell and partition design

The shell is made of 2.0mm galvanized steel plate, which is integrally formed and resistant to impact and corrosion. The interior is independently divided into "incoming line area, busbar room, outgoing line area, and instrument area" to avoid circuit interference and improve operation and maintenance convenience.

The busbar room has a height of 300mm and a width of 300mm. It supports top/bottom cable entry and has a detachable entry glass plate for easy on-site wiring.

The door panel is equipped with semi concealed hinges and safety locks to prevent accidental operation; All door panels are equipped with sealing gaskets to ensure that the IP protection level meets the standard.

2. Busbar system design

Adopting fully tinned copper busbar, with excellent conductivity, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance; 100% full-size neutral wire ensures stable transmission of unbalanced current, without the use of black copper material.

Optimization of busbar support spacing, combined with ventilation design, ensures that the temperature rise of the busbar is ≤ 80K to avoid overheating and aging; The busbar room is isolated from the outgoing line area to enhance safety protection.

3. Installation and expansion design

Support surface installation, embedded installation, plug-in installation, and adapt to different spatial layouts; The line type distribution board can be embedded for installation, saving floor space.

Modular outgoing design, 2-18 flexible configurations, idle outgoing ports can be covered and protected by dedicated blank boards; Support top/bottom/side expansion boxes for easy capacity expansion.

(2) Full dimensional security protection

1. Electrical safety protection

Short circuit protection: Short circuit withstand current of 25kA-100kA, adapted according to model classification, to avoid damage to equipment caused by short circuit arc.

Insulation protection: Creepage distance and electrical clearance comply with IEC standards, insulation materials are resistant to high temperatures and fire, and have passed abnormal heat and fire tests.

Grounding protection: Grounding terminals are installed both externally and internally, and the neutral wire is designed to be separated from the grounding system. The grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω to prevent the risk of electric shock.

2. Physical security protection

Protection level IP43-IP54, effectively blocking solid foreign objects, splashes, and water sprays from entering, suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments.

Fully shielded design for live parts, with no exposed live parts after the door panel is closed; The operation area is isolated from the live area to prevent accidental contact during operation and maintenance.

The shell is made of flame-retardant material, with a steel plate thickness of ≥ 1.0mm, which is impact resistant and deformation resistant, improving the durability and safety of the equipment.

Installation and transportation specifications

(1) Transportation requirements

1. Forklift transportation

Suitable for distribution boards with a depth of ≤ 250mm, they need to be secured with ropes during transportation to avoid shaking; The equipment with busbar room needs to confirm the center of gravity in advance to prevent tipping.

The spacing between forklift arms should match the size of the equipment base to avoid squeezing the outer shell or internal components.

2. Crane transportation

Only use the M12 lifting ring on the top of the equipment, with an angle of ≥ 45 ° between the sling and the top of the equipment, and transport a maximum of 3 column type equipment at a time.

The sling should be made of high-strength materials to ensure that its load-bearing capacity matches the weight of the equipment; Before transportation, check that the lifting rings and slings are securely connected and not loose.

Follow the requirements of DIN 580 standard for mechanical connection components to ensure lifting safety.

(2) Installation specifications

1. Installation environment

Environmental temperature: -5 ℃~+40 ℃, avoid high temperature, high humidity, and corrosive gas environment; Altitude ≤ 1000m, exceeding altitude requires reduced capacity for use.

Installation surface: solid, flat, able to withstand equipment weight (floor standing equipment needs to be fixed on a concrete foundation); When installing on the surface, it should be firmly fixed to avoid vibration.
