Product Overview: An Economic Choice for Integrated Monitoring

The core design concept of the 1900/65A universal equipment monitoring instrument is to provide continuous and reliable monitoring and protection for various universal equipment and process at an affordable cost. It breaks the traditional threshold of complex and expensive high-end monitoring systems, integrating key monitoring functions into a compact module. Input and output: flexible physical interface

The powerful features of the 1900/65A are first reflected in its diverse input/output (I/O) configuration, which enables it to connect multiple types of sensors and transmit processed information to control systems or maintenance personnel in different ways.

Vibration/displacement input: The device provides four software configurable transducer input channels (channels 1-4). This means that users do not need to replace hardware and can configure it through software to support the following sensors:

2-wire and 3-wire accelerometers: used to measure shell vibration, suitable for rolling bearings, gearboxes, etc.

Speed sensor: used to measure vibration speed, commonly used for general mechanical vibration assessment that complies with ISO standards.

Eddy current displacement sensor: used to measure the relative vibration, axial displacement (thrust), and rotational speed of the shaft relative to the bearing.

Temperature input: The device provides four additional dedicated temperature input channels (channels 5-8). It has wide compatibility and can be directly connected to various common temperature sensors:

Thermocouple: Supports E, J, K, and T-type thermocouples, covering a wide range of industrial measurements from low to high temperatures.

Thermistor (RTD): Supports 2-wire or 3-wire RTDs, such as 100 Ω platinum resistors (Pt100), providing higher measurement accuracy.
