Quality assurance system and certification qualifications

(1) Quality Standards and Management System

The entire process of product design, production, and testing strictly follows IEC international standards and Chinese GB standards, while supporting customized development according to users' special needs to meet personalized technical requirements in different scenarios.

Establish a comprehensive quality assurance system, strictly implement ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management), OHSAS18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) system specifications, and ensure that the entire process from raw material procurement, production processes to finished product testing is controllable.

(2) Authoritative certification qualifications

Obtained KEMA certification from the Netherlands: covering power transformers and distribution transformer products with multiple voltage levels and capacities such as 180MVA/220kV, 50MVA/110kV, 16MVA/35kV, etc. The certification scope covers core mainstream models.

Obtained China CTQC certification (National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center): including 150MVA/220kV, 50MVA/110kV and other power transformers, which meet China's market access and quality standards and are suitable for domestic power system needs.

Production process and equipment: Advanced production testing equipment, complete processing procedures, and scientific process plans are adopted. Core components (such as iron cores and coils) are optimized and verified in all dimensions to ensure consistent and stable product performance.

Transformer product system and core technical parameters

The Westinghouse transformer product line covers 16 major categories, with voltage levels ranging from 2.5kV-220kV and rated capacity ranges from 30kVA to 420000kVA. It is suitable for a wide range of applications from high-voltage transmission to low-voltage distribution, from general scenarios to special industrial needs. The core information of each series is as follows:

(1) Power Transformer Series (High Voltage Transmission Core Equipment)

1. 220kV power transformer

Core types: three-phase double winding/three winding non excited voltage regulating transformer, three-phase double winding/three winding on load voltage regulating transformer, three-phase three winding non excited voltage regulating autotransformer, etc.

Rated capacity: 31500kVA-420000kVA, covering the transmission needs of medium and large substations and power plants.

Key parameters:

Voltage ratio: Suitable for multiple specifications such as 220kV ± 2 × 2.5%, 230kV ± 2 × 2.5%, 242kV ± 2 × 2.5% on the HV side, and 6.3kV, 6.6kV, 10.5kV, 13.8kV, 15.75kV on the LV side.

Connection groups: YNd11, YNyn0d11, YNa0d11, etc., to meet different grid connection requirements.

Loss indicators: no-load loss of 32kW-173kW, load loss of 128kW-824kW, no-load current of 0.28% -0.56%, excellent energy-saving performance.

Short circuit impedance: 6% -34% (varies depending on the model), strong short-circuit resistance, and high operational stability.

Application scenarios: Large power plants, 220kV substations, regional power grid backbone lines, responsible for the core tasks of long-distance transmission of high-voltage electrical energy and voltage level conversion.

2. 110/66kV power transformer

Core types: Three phase dual winding/three winding non excited voltage regulating (NLTC) transformers, three-phase dual winding/three winding on load voltage regulating (OLTC) transformers, mainly oil immersed structures.

Technical features: Through multi-dimensional innovation in materials, processes, and structures, it has advantages such as small size, light weight, high efficiency, low loss, low noise, and reliable operation, which can significantly reduce power grid losses and operation costs.

Rated capacity: 6300kVA to 180000kVA, suitable for medium-sized transmission and distribution hubs.
