(3) Special Purpose Transformer Series (Customized Industrial Solutions)

1. Dry type transformer (indoor safety equipment)

Core types: 35kV/10kV non excited voltage regulating dry power transformer, 35kV/10kV on load voltage regulating dry power transformer, resin casting process.

Technical features: Glass fiber mesh reinforced resin casting is adopted, and the coil is poured through flow control pump and static control technology to avoid crocodile cracks in the coil; Advanced pouring technology ensures that the resin mixture fully fills the gaps between the wire turns and segments, with high dielectric strength and partial discharge ≤ 5PC, suitable for indoor clean environments.

Rated capacity: 30kVA-25000kVA, covering indoor distribution needs of medium and low voltage.

Key parameters:

Voltage ratio: 35kV, 10kV ± 2 × 2.5%/± 4 × 2.5%, LV side 0.4kV, 6.3kV, 10.5kV, etc.

Loss index: No load loss 190W-27100W, load loss 710W-111000W, no load current 0.35% -2.0%.

Short circuit impedance: 4.0% -10.0%, connected to groups Dyn11, Yyn0, Yd11, etc.

Environmental adaptability: Indoor installation, working temperature -5 ℃ -+40 ℃, altitude<1000m.

Application scenarios: Indoor environments such as high-rise buildings, underground garages, data centers, hospitals, and clean rooms that require fire prevention, explosion prevention, and low pollution.

2. Rectification transformer (core of industrial DC power supply)

Core type: Oil immersed rectifier transformer, with WHRS series as the main model.

Technical features: Specially designed for power supply of rectification equipment, it is the core equipment for electrochemical electrolysis, electronic traction, DC transmission, variable frequency speed regulation, industrial rectification power supply and other scenarios. It has low loss and energy saving, and supports customized design according to load characteristics.

Rated capacity: 800kVA-16000kVA, voltage level 6kV-66kV.

Key parameters:

Voltage combination: Line side 6kV, 10kV, 11kV, 35kV, 66kV, Valve side 380V-1650V (including multi winding combination).

Connection groups: Dyn11, Dd0y11, Dy11, Dd0, etc., suitable for different rectifier circuit requirements.

Application scenarios: Industrial DC power supply scenarios such as metallurgical electrolysis, chemical electroplating, rail transit traction, DC motor drive, etc.

3. Furnace transformer (specialized equipment for industrial smelting)

Core types: electric arc furnace transformer, ladle refining furnace transformer, electric slag furnace transformer, calcium carbide furnace transformer, etc., including two types: non excited voltage regulation and on load voltage regulation.

Technical features: Through material, process, and structural innovation, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, high efficiency, low loss, low noise, reliable operation, and strong overload capacity, which can reduce power grid losses and long-term operation and maintenance costs. It is designed specifically for high-temperature melting scenarios.

Rated capacity: 650kVA-25000kVA, voltage levels: 6kV, 10kV, 35kV.

Key parameters:

Voltage combination: Primary side 6kV, 10kV, 35kV, Secondary side 75V-509V (suitable for low voltage and high current requirements of melting equipment).

Loss indicators: no-load loss of 1.9kW-30.4kW, load loss of 10kW-313.6kW, short-circuit impedance of 5.5% -21%.

Connection group: D-y, d0-11, Yd11, Dd0, etc. Cooling methods include oil immersion self cooling (OFAF) and forced oil circulation air cooling (OFWF).

Application scenarios: High temperature industrial melting scenarios in the metallurgical industry (alloy steel, ferroalloy melting), chemical industry (yellow phosphorus, calcium carbide, synthetic resin production), etc.

4. Voltage regulating transformer (voltage stability control equipment)

Core types: single-phase feeder automatic voltage regulator (WHVR-1 type), three-phase automatic voltage regulating transformer (WHVR-3 type), oil immersed autotransformer structure.

Technical features: Integrated voltage and current signal sampling, WHVR/SVR controller, on load tap changer control device, regulating load characteristics by increasing or decreasing voltage to achieve efficient operation of the power grid; The mechanical lifespan is up to 1 million cycles, the electrical lifespan is 50000 cycles, the voltage regulation accuracy is high, and the stability is strong.

Rated capacity: Suitable for voltage levels of 2.5kV-35kV, with capacity matched to grid loads as needed.

Key parameters:

Voltage regulation range: voltage regulation amplitude of 20%, 30%, 40%, voltage regulation steps of 7/9/16.

Environmental adaptability: Operating temperature -30 ℃ -+40 ℃ (single-phase)/-25 ℃ -+40 ℃ (three-phase), altitude ≤ 1000m (single-phase)/≤ 2000m (three-phase).

Application scenarios: compensation for power grid voltage fluctuations, stable supply voltage for precision equipment, voltage regulation for industrial production lines, and other scenarios.

Core types: single-phase pole mounted distribution transformer (oil immersed), fully self-protection (CSP) pole mounted transformer.
