Voltage ratio: 110kV ± 2 × 2.5%, 121kV ± 2 × 2.5% (110kV level); 63kV, 66kV, 69kV ± 2 × 2.5% (66kV level), LV side 6.3kV, 10.5kV, 13.8kV, etc.

Loss indicators: no-load loss of 7.4kW-90kW, load loss of 35kW-457kW, no-load current of 0.20% -0.66%.

Short circuit impedance: 6.5% -19%, suitable for the operating characteristics of medium voltage power grids.

Application scenarios: Small and medium-sized power plants, 110/66kV substations, and self owned power stations of large industrial enterprises (such as heavy machinery factories and chemical industrial parks).


3. 35kV power transformer

Core types: Three phase dual winding non excited voltage regulating transformer, three-phase dual winding on load voltage regulating transformer, covering two types of applications: power transformers and distribution transformers.

Technical features: Adopting Westinghouse's exclusive calculation and verification process, the core components such as iron core, coil, body, and outlet oil tank are optimized in all dimensions, with advantages of low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, compact size, energy-saving and environmental protection, and low operation and maintenance costs.

Rated capacity: 630kVA-31500kVA, covering medium voltage distribution and industrial power supply needs.

Key parameters:

Voltage ratio: 35kV ± 2 × 2.5%, 35kV ± 3 × 2.5%, LV side 3.15kV, 6.3kV, 10.5kV, etc.

Loss indicators: no-load loss of 0.83kW-21.8kW, load loss of 7.86kW-116kW, no-load current of 0.25% -0.65%.

Short circuit impedance: 6.5% -10.0%, with Yd11 and YNd11 as the main connection groups.

Application scenarios: 35kV substations, industrial park distribution networks, and power supply hubs for large building clusters (such as new city development zones).

(2) Distribution Transformer Series (Low Voltage Distribution Terminal Equipment)

1. 20kV distribution transformer

Core type: Three phase dual winding non excited voltage regulating distribution transformer, oil immersed structure.

Technical features: No oil storage tank respirator design, avoiding contact between transformer oil and air, enhancing antioxidant capacity; The corrugated oil tank can expand and contract with changes in oil temperature, maintaining stable pressure inside the tank and enhancing reliability and corrosion resistance; The sealing element is made of high-quality acrylic rubber, which effectively resists light aging and thermal aging.

Rated capacity: 30kVA-1600kVA, suitable for urban distribution networks and low-voltage power supply in industrial parks.

Key parameters:

Voltage ratio: 20kV ± 2 × 2.5%, 0.4kV on the LV side.

Loss indicators: no-load loss of 100W-1660W, load loss of 690W-15950W, no-load current of 0.6% -2.1%.

Short circuit impedance: 5.0% -6.0%, connection group Dyn11.

Application scenarios: urban road lighting, residential communities, and power distribution systems for small and medium-sized industrial enterprises.

2. 10kV distribution transformer

Core type: Three phase dual winding non excited voltage regulating distribution transformer, oil immersed structure.

Technical features: Independently designed by integrating advanced domestic and foreign technologies, using advanced iron core laminated inclined worktable and non pre laminated iron yoke process to ensure sufficient grain orientation of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and significantly reduce no-load losses; It has the advantages of low loss, low noise, and no need for iron core cleaning, with outstanding safety, reliability, and economy.

Rated capacity: 30kVA-2000kVA, it is the most widely used model for civil and industrial low-voltage distribution.

Key parameters:

Voltage ratio: 6.3kV, 10kV, 11kV ± 2 × 2.5%, LV side 0.4kV.

Loss indicators: no-load loss of 100W-1960W, load loss of 600W-18000W, no-load current of 0.5% -2.1%.

Short circuit impedance: 4.0% -4.5%, connection group Dyn11.

Application scenarios: Terminal power distribution scenarios such as residential communities, commercial centers, schools, hospitals, and small and medium-sized factories.

3. Amorphous alloy core distribution transformer (energy-saving special series)

Core type: 10kV three-phase double winding non excited voltage regulating distribution transformer, amorphous alloy iron core structure.

Technical features: The core adopts amorphous alloy soft magnetic material, which reduces no-load loss by more than 50% compared to traditional silicon steel sheet transformers, and has significant energy-saving effects; Adopting single-phase or three-phase five column box type iron core and foil wound low-voltage winding, it has the advantages of low loss and strong short-circuit withstand capacity, and its overall performance reaches the international advanced level.

Rated capacity: 30kVA-2000kVA, suitable for distribution scenarios with high energy-saving requirements.

Key parameters:

Voltage ratio: 6.3kV, 10kV, 11kV ± 2 × 2.5%, LV side 0.4kV.

Loss index: no-load loss 33W-750W (much lower than traditional models), load loss 600W-17400W, no-load current 0.4% -1.5%.

Short circuit impedance: 4.0% -5.0%, connection group Dyn11.

Application scenarios: green buildings, energy-saving parks, new energy supporting distribution, commercial and industrial projects sensitive to energy consumption indicators.
