5.1 Daily Maintenance
Maintenance requirements for touch types
Resistance type maintenance free, clean in case of contamination, recalibrate in case of abnormal response
Infrared type requires regular cleaning of the infrared frame and does not require calibration
Cleaning precautions
Use a clean, soft, and slightly damp cloth
Stubborn stains can be sprayed with a small amount of cleaning agent on the cloth
Prohibit the use of sharp objects, corrosive cleaning agents, or solvents
Prevent liquids from entering the interior of the equipment
5.2 Troubleshooting Guide
Possible causes and solutions for the fault phenomenon
The device does not start and the power is not connected. Check the power cable
When starting, it displays "No OS found" on the CF card. If there is no operating system, load the operating system onto the CF card and insert it into CF slot 0
Display 'Calibrate touch' at startup, resistance touch not calibrated, recalibrate touch
Display 'Clean IR frame' at startup, infrared frame contamination, clean infrared frame
Display screen black backlight off or fault check software settings. If there is a fault, send it for repair
Touch unresponsive touch uncalibrated/infrared contamination/touch disabled calibration/cleaning/activated touch
TOUCH ERROR: Infrared frame contamination/equipment malfunction. Clean the infrared frame. If it is ineffective, send it for repair
