The device frequently restarts or crashes, and the power supply voltage fluctuates beyond the allowable range; Measure whether the 24V voltage is stable when the ambient temperature is too high; Check if the temperature inside the cabinet exceeds 50 ℃; Improve ventilation
Maintenance and battery replacement
XV-102 is designed for maintenance free use, but the following tasks may need to be performed:
Clean the touch screen: Use a clean, soft, and slightly damp cloth to wipe it. It is strictly prohibited to use sharp objects (such as knives, screwdrivers) or corrosive cleaning agents to prevent scratching the resistance touch surface or liquid infiltration into the equipment.
Touch calibration: If the touch response deviates, it can be recalibrated through the system menu.
Real time clock battery: Equipped with a built-in lithium battery (model CR1025 or BR1225), it can usually maintain clock data for about 10 years (25 ℃) under power-off conditions. The battery cannot be replaced by the user. If replacement is required, the manufacturer or authorized center must be contacted. Incorrect operation of the lithium battery inside the device may cause an explosion, and it is strictly prohibited to open the casing by oneself.
Transportation, storage, and disposal
Transportation: Always use the original packaging to avoid strong vibrations or mechanical impacts. The internal components of the equipment are sensitive to impact.
Storage: Comply with environmental conditions of -20 ℃~+60 ℃ and no condensation. If the device is moved from a cold environment to a warm environment, condensation may occur and it must wait for complete drying before being powered on.
Disposal: Waste equipment must be professionally recycled in accordance with local electronic waste regulations. The shell material is halogen-free PC-GF, and the lithium battery needs to be separately removed and treated as hazardous waste.
