Replacement and renovation project: Seamless replacement of old M644, M944, M945 series equipment by adapting brackets and various linkage components, reducing upgrade costs.
Key points for debugging and troubleshooting
1. Series 62 feedback signal verification
Apply 5-10V DC to terminal Y-G and measure the T-G voltage
For a 160 ° motor, the output voltage should be between 4% and 96% of the input voltage
For a 90 ° asymmetric motor, the output voltage ranges from 4% to 56%
For a 90 ° symmetrical motor, the output voltage ranges from 24% to 76%
2. Slave control configuration
The master motor and slave motor must be either symmetrical or asymmetrical
The main motor must be of the - S model and a shunt resistor must be installed between T-G and T-Y as required
Install a shunt resistor between R-B and R-W in the slave motor
Suggest no more than 6 subordinate units
3. Vibration impact
Unlike early Modutrol motors, the Modutrol IV series is insensitive to vibration and is suitable for installation environments with high levels of vibration. But when replacing old systems with R927C or R9107A relays, it is recommended to remove the relays and old motors and directly use Series 90 motors for integrated transformation.
