Toshiba Low Voltage Motors to EQP Global ®  Series as the core, covering 12 sub models, all of which meet NEMA Premium requirements ®  Efficiency standard (IEC model up to IE3), F-class insulation and exceeding NEMA MG1 Part 31 inverter drive requirements, compatible with 50/60Hz dual frequency power supply, with cast iron frame as the main structure, flexible installation, protection level covering IP54-IP65, suitable for diverse scenarios from general to harsh.

1. Common core configuration

Efficiency and Insulation: All models are NEMA Premium ®  High efficiency level (IE3 for IEC), F-class insulation, high winding temperature resistance level, strong compatibility with frequency converter drive, can effectively reduce energy consumption and heat generation.

Structural design: Cast iron base, strong rigidity, good heat dissipation; The dual drilling base supports multiple installation methods, and some models offer a C-flange with or without feet design, suitable for horizontal and vertical installation requirements.

Protection and sealing: protection level IP54-IP65, equipped with V-ring protection system at the shaft end (some models include umbrella seal+Forshida) ®  Sealed, labyrinth sealed, leak proof, moisture resistant, and corrosion-resistant.

Speed and voltage:

Speed: 3600/1800/1200/900 RPM at 60Hz; 3000/1500/1000/750 RPM at 50Hz, some models only support specific speeds (such as 1800/1200 RPM for cooling tower specific models).

Voltage: 230/460 V, 460 V, 575 V at 60Hz; At 50Hz, it is 190/380 V and 380 V, compatible with major global power grid standards.

Vibration control: The vibration value is ≤ 0.10 inches/second without filtering, and some high-end models (840/841/661) are ≤ 0.08 inches/second, with stable operation and low noise.
