Leading control accuracy: In sensorless vector control (SVC) mode, it can output 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz with a speed accuracy of ± 0.1%; Under the sensor vector control (FVC) mode, the speed accuracy can reach ± 0.01%, which is suitable for high-precision speed control scenarios such as machine tools and printing machines.

Installation specifications and environmental requirements

1. Installation method and space requirements

(1) Installation method (segmented by power)

Wall mounted installation: 200V level (≤ 75kW), 400V level (≤ 75kW), need to be fixed on a metal backplate with a thickness of ≥ 2mm, and the backplate needs to be grounded (grounding resistance ≤ 10 Ω); The flatness error of the installation surface should be ≤ 0.5mm to avoid vibration transmission.

Ground installation: 400V level (≥ 90kW), high voltage level, requiring a dedicated steel base with a height of ≥ 10cm (to prevent water damage and facilitate heat dissipation); A shock-absorbing pad (hardness 50-60 Shore hardness) should be added between the base and the ground to reduce equipment vibration during operation.

Parallel installation: When multiple frequency converters are parallel, the spacing should be ≥ 15cm (≤ 75kW) and ≥ 20cm (≥ 90kW), and it is forbidden to stack them up and down (which may cause poor heat dissipation of the upper equipment).

(2) Ventilation gap and heat dissipation requirements

The heat dissipation effect of the frequency converter directly affects its service life, and strict ventilation gaps are required for different power ranges:
