Toshiba Low Voltage Motors to EQP Global ®  Series as the core, covering 12 sub models, all of which meet NEMA Premium requirements ®  Efficiency standard (IEC model up to IE3), F-class insulation and exceeding NEMA MG1 Part 31 inverter drive requirements, compatible with 50/60Hz dual frequency power supply, with cast iron frame as the main structure, flexible installation, protection level covering IP54-IP65, suitable for diverse scenarios from general to harsh.

1. Common core configuration

Efficiency and Insulation: All models are NEMA Premium ®  High efficiency level (IE3 for IEC), F-class insulation, high winding temperature resistance level, strong compatibility with frequency converter drive, can effectively reduce energy consumption and heat generation.

Structural design: Cast iron base, strong rigidity, good heat dissipation; The dual drilling base supports multiple installation methods, and some models offer a C-flange with or without feet design, suitable for horizontal and vertical installation requirements.

Toshiba medium voltage motors focus on high-power and high-voltage industrial scenarios, covering 7 core models including open, protective, fully enclosed, and cooled, with efficiency reaching high efficiency level/NEMA Premium ®, F-class insulation (B-class temperature rise), drive compatible with NEMA ISO14001 Part 31 standard, machine base made of cast iron/welded steel material, supports double/three/four installation methods, protection level IP22-IP55, suitable for high-power equipment drive requirements such as petrochemical, power generation, mining, etc.

1. Common core configuration

Efficiency and Insulation: High Efficiency/NEMA Premium ®  Efficiency, F-class insulation, B-class temperature rise under 1.0 service factor, strong winding temperature resistance, suitable for medium and high voltage frequency converter drive, low energy consumption, high reliability.

Structural design: Cast iron or welded steel base, strong rigidity and high load-bearing capacity; Some models support Dual Mount, Tri Mount, and Quad Mount, suitable for complex equipment layouts.

Protection and adaptation: The protection level is IP22-IP55, and some models come with anti-corrosion breathing and drainage ports (at the lowest position of the motor and junction box).
