Chapter 1: Smart Series Miniature Circuit Breakers - Modular Design and Precise Protection

The mart series miniature circuit breaker is a core product designed specifically for OEM industrial equipment and industrial control cabinet protection, and is not suitable for building power distribution systems. Its design fully embodies the concepts of modularity, compactness, and high performance.

1.1 Core Product Models and Features

The series mainly includes three categories: mart C32N, mart C65H, and mart K series.

Mart C32N: Complies with IEC60898/GB10963.1 standards, with a maximum operating voltage of 440V AC and a breaking capacity of up to 6kA. It provides three types of trip curves: B, C, and D. The rated current covers 1A to 63A and can meet various functions such as short circuit protection, overload protection, control, and isolation. Its current limiting technology can significantly reduce the thermal effect and dynamic stress of short-circuit current, protecting downstream equipment and cables.

Mart C65H: Complies with industrial standards IEC60947-2/GB14048.2, with a maximum operating voltage increased to 480V AC, a breaking capacity of up to 10kA, and an impulse withstand voltage of 10kV, suitable for more demanding industrial environments. Also provides B, C, and D curves, with excellent isolation function and mechanical lifespan.

Mart K series: As an economical choice, it complies with GB10963.1 and focuses on providing basic short-circuit, overload protection, and isolation functions. It mainly supplies C and D curves, and the breaking capacity varies according to the current. It has obtained CCC and China RoHS certifications.

All series are designed with modularity, with a single module width of 9mm, which can be flexibly combined. Adopting tunnel type terminal blocks, supporting DIN standard rail installation, equipped with bistable locking clips, stable and convenient installation.

1.2 Core Accessories and Extended Functions

The powerful functions of the mart series miniature circuit breakers are expanded through a variety of accessories:

Residual current action protection accessory (Vigi): provides indirect/direct contact personal protection and electrical fire protection. It includes various types such as electronic (ELE) and integrated (DPNN Vigi+), with rated residual operating current available in 30mA and 300mA options.

Electrical accessories: achieve remote control and status monitoring. Including shunt trip units (MX/MX+OF), undervoltage/overvoltage trip units (MN/MV), status indication contacts (OF), alarm contacts (SD), and dual switching contacts. The attachment can be flexibly assembled on the left side of the circuit breaker without the need for tools.

Mechanical accessories: Improve the convenience and safety of installation and use. Like a comb shaped mother defecating in parallel with multiple circuit breakers for power supply; Rotate the handle (directly or extended) to operate the cabinet door; The plug-in base facilitates the replacement and maintenance of circuit breakers; Spacers, padlock accessories, and other components have improved the system configuration.


Chapter 2: Smart Series Molded Case Circuit Breakers - Compact and Reliable, Comprehensive Coverage

The mart series molded case circuit breakers mainly include the mart NSC series and mart Powerpact series, designed specifically for industrial control and OEM markets, providing complete current coverage from 15A to 630A.

2.1 Smart NSC Series Molded Case Circuit Breaker

The NSC series is known for its compact structure, safety and reliability, and economic practicality, among which the NSC60/100A model is known as the world's smallest molded case circuit breaker.

Product range: covering rated currents of 15A-630A, providing 3-pole and 4-pole products. Including distribution protection type and dedicated motor protection type (MA).

Core Technology:

Release: The 60-400A product is equipped with a thermal magnetic release (TM), providing overload and short circuit protection; The 630A product is equipped with an adjustable electronic release (STR), and the short-circuit protection setting value can be adjusted by 2-10 times.

Isolation function: The entire series has reliable isolation function, clear contact position indication, and can be equipped with padlocks to ensure maintenance safety.

Installation and Connection: Supports wiring in front of the board, can be installed horizontally, vertically, or horizontally, and electrical performance is not affected. Both upper and lower incoming lines are acceptable, and there is no need to reduce the capacity of the lower incoming line.

Environmental characteristics: Products below 400A fully comply with the EU RoHS directive, materials are recyclable, and the production process complies with ISO14001 standards.

Rich attachments: including auxiliary/alarm switches (AX/AL), shunt/undervoltage trip coils (SHT/UVR), direct/extended rotary handles, phase dividers, terminal covers, bare cable connectors, etc., greatly expanding application flexibility.

2.2 Smart Powerpact Series Molded Case Circuit Breaker

The Powerpact series is positioned at a higher end and meets multiple international certifications such as CCC and UL489, providing high-performance options for the global market.

Complete shell structure and breaking capacity: including shell structure grades such as B-type (125A), H-type (150A), J-type (250A), L-type (600A), etc. The breaking capacity covers from 18kA to 100kA (UL standard), meeting the requirements of different short-circuit current levels.

Diversified release units: Type B adopts thermal magnetic release; H/J type optional thermal magnetic or electronic release; The L-type is equipped with electronic release (Micrologic series) as standard, which has long delay, short delay, instantaneous and ground fault protection. Some models also integrate ammeter, energy measurement and communication functions.

Innovative connection methods:

I-Line connection: used for H/J/L type, plug-in design, connecting the busbar more fully and securely.

EverLink connection: used for B-type, utilizing screw compensation effect to maintain constant torque, reliable and fast wiring, some with control wiring holes.

Flexible installation and accessories: supports multiple installation methods such as guide rails and base plates. The accessory system is extremely rich, including various wiring terminals (copper/aluminum cables, busbars), insulation components (terminal covers, phase dividers), electrical accessories (OF/SD contacts, MN/MX coils), electric operating mechanisms, and various rotating handles, supporting remote operation and status monitoring.

Chapter 3: DC System and Surge Protection Scheme

The mart series product line also includes C65N/H/L-DC miniature circuit breakers designed specifically for DC systems and iST series fixed surge protectors, forming an AC distribution protection solution.

DC circuit breaker: specially designed for DC systems, with a rated voltage covering 60V DC to 440V DC and a breaking capacity of 6kA to 20kA. It provides C-type (and some B-type) trip curves, also has isolation function, and can use general accessories such as MX, MN, OF, SD, etc.

Surge Protection Device (SPD): The iST series is fixed and installed on a 35mm rail, providing Class I/T2 test protection. The maximum discharge current (Imax) covers 20kA to 65kA, and the voltage protection level (Up) is as low as 1.2kV. It is suitable for various grounding systems such as TT, TN-S, TN-C, and has local status indication and remote communication contacts.


Chapter 4: Certification, Standards, and Environmental Adaptability

The excellence of the mart series products is reflected in their comprehensive compliance and strong environmental adaptability.

Global certification: The series of products have passed multiple certifications such as CCC (China Compulsory Certification), CE (European Union), UL (United States), TUV (Germany), CSA (Canada), etc., and comply with environmental directives such as RoHS and REACH, meeting the global export needs of OEM customers' equipment.

Strict environmental testing: The product is designed to adapt to a wide temperature range (such as -25 ℃ to+70 ℃), with resistance to moisture, vibration, and impact, and has passed relevant IEC standard tests. Clear guidelines and correction factors for reducing capacity are provided for high-altitude (over 2000 meters) and corrosive environments (such as the chemical and paper industries).

Safety distance and installation specifications: The document provides detailed requirements for the minimum safety distance between circuit breakers and busbars, cabinets, and other components during cabinet installation, and specifies under what circumstances insulation partitions or terminal covers must be used to ensure insulation safety and reliability of operation and maintenance.
