Delta Launches Efficient and Energy Efficient Force-GT Series to Assist High Order Industrial Power Supply in Stable Power Supply

Delta, a global power and cooling management manufacturer, will showcase the Force-GT series of rail type power supplies at this year’s Industrial Expo. The Force-GT series has features such as high power density and ultra-thin, covering a power range of 120~960 W, with an overall conversion efficiency of up to 95%. The body width is reduced by up to 50% compared to the previous generation series. The -30 ℃~70 ℃ wide temperature design can provide stable power supply in harsh industrial environments, making it suitable for high-order equipment applications such as semiconductor devices, high-order precision industries, and industrial robots. The Force GT series of high power density and ultra-thin guide rail power supplies from Delta covers power from 120 to 960 W, and expands the output selection from 12V to 48V. Breaking through technological innovation and development, achieving an overall conversion efficiency of up to 95% without reducing output power, reducing energy consumption, reducing customer additional costs, and being environmentally friendly. Improving process stability and extending machine service life, designed specifically for high-precision equipment, especially suitable for applications such as semiconductor equipment, high-order precision industrial equipment, and industrial robots.

The Force GT series has an industrial grade wide temperature design ranging from -30 ℃ to 70 ℃, and negative temperature startup characteristics of -40 ℃. When fully loaded at high temperatures, the working environment temperature can reach up to 60 ℃, and it adopts protective coatings that can resist common dust and chemical pollutants. It can still maintain stable operation in harsh industrial environments. In addition, the entire series of fuselage is reduced by 30% to 50% compared to the previous generation products, which is more conducive to configuration and use in narrow spaces. The built-in DC OK relay dry contact can connect sensors in the device, meeting the application requirements of modern intelligent devices. The Force GT series has passed multiple international safety certification and meets the standards of the heavy industry and semiconductor industry, providing high-performance and high security power sources for equipment.
