To ensure device battery life, ALE offers multiple types of charging docks:
Rack mounted multi seat charging: suitable for medical/industrial teams, can charge 6 units of 82x4 or 8262/Ex at the same time (note: 8262Ex batteries require dedicated charging slots and cannot be charged as backup).
Dual seat charging (with backup power slot): Suitable for shift work environments, it can charge both the main unit and backup battery simultaneously, quickly charging to 90% in just 3 hours.
Vertical leather case: provides additional protection above IP40, and the transparent window facilitates button operation. It is designed with headphone/charging cable perforations to ensure easy wearing.
Engineering suggestion: Charging points should be deployed in the personnel handover area and equipped with dedicated charging cabinets to prevent loss. For explosion-proof areas (8262Ex), chargers must be placed in non hazardous areas and charging Ex equipment in hazardous areas is strictly prohibited.

Typical troubleshooting ideas
Phenomenon 1: DECT handheld device cannot register with the base station
Check if the base station has added the IPEI code of the handheld device.
Verify if the handheld device is within the coverage range of the base station (RSSI too low).
Confirm that the base station system has not reached the maximum number of registrations.
Phenomenon 2: Intermittent or noisy communication during calls
Check for interference sources (such as Bluetooth devices, microwave ovens) and adjust the DECT channel (automatically or manually on the base station side).
For WLAN, check the wireless channel utilization, switch to a channel with less interference, and enable mandatory roaming threshold.
Phenomenon 3: Alarm not triggered or not notified
Verify the network connectivity (SIP/HTTP ports) from the base station or WLAN network to the alarm server.
Check the alarm key configuration strategy (long press/short press/double-click) and confirm that it is consistent with the terminal firmware version.
