1. Torque and size spectrum
This platform covers an output torque range of 100 Nm to 850 Nm (varying at different speed ratios), covering six major size specifications: A05, A10, A20, A30, A35, and A41.
Selection logic: When conducting selection calculations, it is necessary to verify that the actual output torque required for the application (Required Torque M2) cannot exceed the rated output torque of the gearbox at the corresponding speed ratio (Rated Torque Mn2), and a certain safety factor (usually 1.5-2 times) should be reserved to cope with start-up shocks. 2. Input interface configuration (servo motor end)
Page 8 of the manual provides a detailed list of input flange interface standards for different sizes (S11, S14, S19, S24, S28, etc.). These codes define the motor shaft extension length, shaft diameter, and installation bolt specifications (such as M4, M5, M6, M8, etc.).
Special attention: When selecting, be sure to confirm that the X dimension (shaft extension length) on the motor shaft matches the meshing depth of the input gear of the reducer. If the P size value (Coupling available) is used to represent the optional coupling, its length will replace the standard input shaft length. If marked as "Coupling unavailable", it means that the customer needs to design the direct connection between the motor shaft and the reducer gear themselves. At this time, the transmission design must strictly refer to the "Mt" (motor shaft gear center distance) and spline parameters in the manual.
3. Output interface and installation orientation
This series supports multiple output flange specifications (such as F40B1, F50C1, F60A2, F80A1, F95A, F110A, F130A, F180A, etc.). These not only define the stopping diameter and hole spacing (PCD) of the output flange, but also determine the installation method of the reducer on the equipment (such as through flange surface installation).
Engineering Tip: The "J2 dimensions are related to the A 05 gear unit only" mentioned in the manual (page 9) means that A05, as the minimum size, has special considerations for its output shaft design. When selecting, attention should be paid to its output shaft's load-bearing capacity and accessory installation limitations.
