Surge current: ≤ 40A (4ms, 25 ° C, maximum load)
Allowable instantaneous power outage time: ≤ 20ms (above 100VAC)
Voltage endurance: 1500VAC for 1 minute between power terminal and ground
Insulation resistance: ≥ 10M Ω (500VDC)
4.2 DC Power Supply Type (VTBD)
Input voltage: DC24V (+25%, -20%)
Maximum power consumption: GT2310 ≤ 16W, GT2308 ≤ 11W
Surge current: ≤ 40A (2ms)
Allowable instantaneous power outage time: ≤ 10ms
Voltage endurance: 350VAC for 1 minute between power terminal and ground
Insulation resistance: ≥ 10M Ω (500VDC)
Wiring points:
Use 0.75~2.0 mm ² wires with M3 screw crimping terminals (RAV1.25-3, V2-S3.3, etc.).
Terminal screw torque: 0.5~0.8 N · m.
FG and LG terminals must be grounded with a grounding resistance of ≤ 100 Ω and a dedicated grounding wire cross-sectional area of ≥ 2mm ².
Unused terminal screws should also be tightened to the same torque to prevent short circuits.
Do not turn off the power for at least 5 seconds after powering on.
Engineering suggestion: For AC power supply type, if there is a large fluctuation in the on-site power grid, it is recommended to install a voltage regulator or UPS, otherwise an instantaneous power outage of more than 20ms will cause GOT reset. DC power supply type is more sensitive to voltage drop (10ms), and it is necessary to use a stable and reliable 24V power supply.
Touch screen usage and calibration
The GT23 adopts an analog resistive touch panel, which works by generating voltage division through pressure contact between two layers of conductive films, thus requiring single point touch. It is strictly prohibited to touch two or more points at the same time, otherwise it may cause nearby touch switches to malfunction and cause accidents.
5.1 Calibration Method
As the usage time increases, there may be deviations between the touch position and the displayed object, and touch calibration needs to be performed at this time. Calibration steps:
Enter the Utility menu of GOT.
Select 'Touch Panel Calibration'.
Follow the on-screen prompts to touch the center of the cross target in sequence.
Save after calibration is completed.
If the deviation still exists after calibration, it may indicate aging of the touch film and replacement of the front panel components is required.
5.2 Operation taboos
Do not press the screen with sharp objects (pens, screwdrivers) to avoid scratching or damage.
Do not apply heavy pressure or impact.
If there is a backlight malfunction (POWER LED flashing orange blue), the screen may darken but touch detection may still occur, but for safety reasons, it should be repaired as soon as possible.
Key points of communication interface configuration
6.1 RS-232 interface
D-sub 9-pin male head, used to connect Mitsubishi PLCs (such as FX series), barcode scanners, or other serial devices.
Pin definition: Please refer to the GOT2000 hardware manual.
6.2 RS-422/485 interface
D-sub 9-pin female head, supports multi-point communication (such as connecting multiple frequency converters).
The terminal resistor switch is located inside the SD card cover. When the GOT is located at the end of the RS-422/485 bus, the switch must be turned to the ON position; Turn the intermediate node to OFF.
The factory default is OFF. Please set it correctly according to the actual topology, otherwise communication may be unstable or reflection may occur.
6.3 Ethernet interface
RJ45, 10/100M adaptive.
Key Warning: When the GOT2000 series and GOT1000 series coexist on the same Ethernet, do not set the IP address of any device to 192.168.0.18. This address is the default address that may be used when starting the GOT1000 series, and repetition can cause communication abnormalities.
To ensure network security, measures such as firewalls and VPNs should be taken to prevent unauthorized access, DoS attacks, and viruses.
6.4 USB interface
The Host port (TYPE-A) can be connected to an external USB flash drive for project transmission and data recording, as well as to USB keyboards, mice, barcode scanners, and RFID readers.
The Device port (Mini-B) is used to connect PC transmission projects.
Before unplugging the USB device, you must select "Safely Remove USB Device" in the GOT utility menu and wait for a successful prompt before physically unplugging it. Forcefully removing may damage data or devices.
6.5 SD card
Supports SDHC (up to 32GB) for storing alarm logs, formulas, screen data, etc.
After inserting the SD card, the SD card cover must be closed, otherwise GOT cannot read or write.
Before unplugging the SD card, make sure that the SD card access LED is off (not flashing), or confirm that there is no access through the system signal. If GOT is forcibly unplugged while accessing, processing will be interrupted for about 20 seconds, during which screen updates, alarms, logging, and scripts will all pause, seriously affecting system operation.

Fault diagnosis and LED indication
7.1 POWER LED Status
State meaning processing
The blue constant light power supply is normal and functioning properly
Orange constant brightness screen saver mode can be awakened by touch or communication
Orange blue alternating flashing backlight fault backlight tube/LED failure, backlight needs to be replaced or sent for repair. At this time, touch operation may be disabled (depending on the model)
