Siemens 6ES7136-6BA00-0CA0 ET 200SP Safety Input Module

The Siemens 6ES7136-6BA00-0CA0 is a fail-safe digital input module for the ET 200SP distributed I/O system. Designated as F-DI 8x24VDC HF (High Feature), this module provides 8 channels for 24V DC safety-related inputs. It is certified for use in safety applications up to SIL3 according to IEC 61508 and PL e according to ISO 13849-1. The module integrates seamlessly with SIMATIC S7-1200, S7-1500, and other F-CPUs via PROFIsafe.

The module has 8 fail-safe digital inputs, each channel can be configured as a single channel (1oo1) with test pulses or dual channel (1oo2) equivalent. Input voltage range is 19.2V to 28.8V (type 3). Input delay adjustable from 0.1 ms to 20 ms. The module provides parameterizable short-circuit and cross-circuit detection. Diagnostic alarms include channel fault, wire break (for current sourcing sensors), and sensor supply voltage monitoring.
