Allen-Bradley 440R-W23219 Guardmaster MSR310P Safety Relay
The Allen-Bradley 440R-W23219 (also known as Guardmaster MSR310P) is a safety relay designed for monitoring emergency stop circuits, light curtains, two-hand controls, and safety gates. It features three normally open (NO) safety outputs and one normally closed (NC) auxiliary output. The relay operates on 24V DC and can achieve safety integrity up to SIL 3 (IEC 61508) and PL e (ISO 13849-1).
Input Channels
The MSR310P has two safety input channels (S11/S12 and S21/S22) that can be used as dual-channel (redundant) with cross-circuit monitoring. Each channel accepts dry contacts or OSSD outputs from safety sensors. The input voltage range is 24V DC (19.2–28.8V). The relay supports automatic or manual reset (selectable via jumper). Startup test (detects external contact welding) is performed at each power-up.
