Inovance H3U-3624MT Programmable Controller

The Inovance H3U-3624MT is a high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC) from the H3U series, designed for small to medium-scale automation systems. This compact unit integrates a CPU with 24 discrete inputs and 12 transistor outputs, including high-speed inputs and outputs for motion control applications. The H3U-3624MT supports multiple communication interfaces including Ethernet, CAN, and RS485, making it suitable for machine control, conveyor systems, and automated production lines.

Motion Control and High-Speed I/O

The two high-speed outputs (Y0, Y1) support pulse train output (PTO) up to 200 kHz for stepper motor control, as well as PWM output for speed regulation of small DC motors. The built-in electronic cam function allows synchronized motion of multiple axes.

Communication and Networking

Installation and Wiring

The H3U-3624MT is designed for DIN rail mounting (35 mm). The unit includes removable terminal blocks for power, inputs, and outputs. Connect 24 V DC to the L+ and M terminals. Inputs are sink/source configurable via common wiring. Outputs are NPN transistors; an external 24 V DC supply is required for the output common. High-speed inputs and outputs require shielded twisted-pair cables to reduce noise. The communication ports use standard RJ45 or 9-pin D-sub connectors (adapter cables may be required). A ground connection is provided on the DIN rail clip; ensure a low-impedance path to panel ground.
