LTi SO84.006 ServoOne Three-Phase Drive Controller
The LTi SO84.006 is a compact three-phase servo drive from the ServoOne family, delivering 6A continuous current and 12A peak current. Housed in a BG1 air-cooled chassis, it supports mains voltages from 3x230V to 3x480V AC, making it a versatile solution for small to medium industrial axes.

Installation and Commissioning
Mount the SO84.006 vertically on a grounded mounting plate with at least 40 mm clearance above and below. Use shielded motor cables (≤10 m for full rating) and separate signal lines from power cables. Connect 24V control supply first (X9/X10), then AC mains (X11). Commission using DriveManager 5 via USB or Ethernet. The 7-segment display guides initial setup, parameter saving, and IP configuration. Enable STO inputs (ISDSH and ENPO) to activate the power stage.
Applications
Typical uses include small packaging machines, label applicators, conveyor sections, and positioning tables. The 6A rating suits motors up to approx. 1.5 kW (depending on voltage). Its compact size allows mounting in tight control cabinets.

The LTi SO84.006 complies with 2006/95/EC (LVD), 2004/108/EC (EMC), and EN 61800-5-1. UL approval conditions apply for BG1 devices (copper 75°C cables, 5kA short-circuit rating).
