Terminal tightening: The screw type wiring terminals on the DIN-100S terminal board should be regularly checked for torque to avoid loosening due to vibration;
Firmware/Driver Update: Visit the ADLINK official website or Medialon website to obtain the latest drivers and MxM updates, and fix known bugs;
Backup card strategy: For critical control systems such as stage lifting and fireworks ignition, it is recommended to purchase a backup PCI-7432 card. Once a malfunction occurs, it can be quickly replaced to reduce downtime.
Technical Support Information Collection Checklist
When the problem cannot be resolved on its own, please prepare the following information before seeking help from the manufacturer or Medialon support team to accelerate diagnosis:
Medialon Manager software version number (Help → About);
MxM Adlink PCI-7432 Board version (viewed in MxM Setup);
Board model and serial number (printed on the back of the PCB or on the blocking sticker);
Brand and model of industrial computer and motherboard chipset;
Windows operating system version (right-click on "My Computer" → "Properties" to view);
Screenshot of Device Manager (showing PCI-7432 node status and resource allocation);
Whether to reproduce the same issue on another PC (used to determine if it is a hardware failure).
