Replace the PCI slot of the main card or check the allocation of BIOS PCI resources.

Try gradually testing by connecting only one expansion card.

8.4 System blue screen or crash

It may be an IRQ conflict, try replacing the PCI slot, or allocate a separate IRQ to the PCI device in the BIOS.

Update the driver program to the latest version.

Check if the gold fingers on the board are oxidized and clean them with an eraser.

Maintenance and reliability recommendations

Relay life monitoring: Regularly record the number of actions, replace the card in advance or use an external solid-state relay when approaching the rated life.

Dust protection: Relay contacts are easily affected by dust, and the cabinet needs to be sealed and ventilated with positive pressure.

Isolation DI overvoltage protection: If the input voltage may exceed 24V, a current limiting resistor should be connected in series or an external isolator should be used.

Storage environment: -20~80 ℃, humidity<95%, no condensation.

Spare parts management: As PCI-7250 relies on the 5V PCI bus, if upgrading to PCIe in the future, LPCIe-7250 can be used to avoid compatibility issues.
