In terms of spare parts, common module spare part numbers include 1503VC-BMC1, BMC2, BMC3, etc. EMI filters are selected according to recommended models. When ordering replacement parts, provide the complete part number and serial number on the shell nameplate, not just "1503VC" to avoid version or configuration mismatch.
Maintenance checklist
Regularly check the ventilation distance between the upper and lower parts of the module, the temperature, humidity, dust, and corrosive gases inside the cabinet; Check the grounding stud and PE connection; Check if the control power plug, 12 core interface, and status relay terminals are loose; Check if the internal insurance is blown; Check whether the DIP settings are consistent with the contactor type, altitude, release time, and TDUV; Check the appearance and capacity of the external capacitor to confirm that there are no bulges or leaks; Check the action and wiring of auxiliary contacts; Do not touch the circuit board with conductive or static materials during cleaning. When repeated faults occur, do not only replace the module, but also check the contactor coil, auxiliary contacts, control power transient, and upstream fuse coordination at the same time, otherwise the new module may be damaged again.
The troubleshooting core of IntelliVAC is "configuration first, command later, power supply first, contactor later, auxiliary feedback first, module body later". By investigating the DIP configuration, control mode, TDUV/capacitor, and LED status, most of the non engagement, false release, and mechanical locking abnormalities can be located before replacement. Retaining the original settings and wiring records during replacement, conducting low-voltage no-load verification first, and then sending medium voltage is a safe approach to reduce secondary faults and downtime.
