Shock absorber kit:
For application environments with strong vibrations, such as ship applications, the frame must be equipped with shock-absorbing kits. As a standard equipment for ship applications, this kit can effectively absorb mechanical vibrations and protect internal precision electronic components. For land-based power plants or thermal power plants, they can also be optionally selected if needed.
84 TE rack shock absorber kit: increased weight by 1.2 kg.
60 TE Rack Shock Absorber Kit: Increases weight by 0.9 kg.
Installation space requirements:
To ensure maintenance and operational convenience, the reserved space in front of the rack must be considered during installation:
The distance from the back wall of the control cabinet to the inside of the cabinet door must be greater than a certain value to ensure that protruding components such as ARC net connectors do not interfere with the closure of the cabinet door.
After opening the cabinet door, the distance from the front surface of the rack to any obstacles in front must also be sufficient to provide ample operating space for technicians.
Protection level and safety:
Protection level: When all slots of the rack are installed with functional modules or cover plates, the front and rear protection levels reach IP20.
Flame retardancy: All plastic components comply with UL94-V0 standards and have self extinguishing properties.
Environmental adaptability: The working temperature range is wide from -25 ° C to+70 ° C, the storage temperature is -40 ° C to+70 ° C, the climate level meets the HSE standard of DIN 40040, and it can adapt to high humidity environments.
3.3 Certification and Compliance
The DELOMATIC 3 system has complete compliance certification, ensuring its applicability worldwide:
CE mark: compliant with relevant EU directives.
Classification society certification: It has obtained formal recognition from multiple international mainstream classification societies, including LR (Lloyd's Register), GL (Germanischer Lloyd), DNV (Det Norske Veritas), ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), BV (French Classification Society), RINA (Italian Classification Society), CCS (China Classification Society).
Chapter 4 System Communication and External Interfaces
4.1 Integration with the upper system
Although DGU and CP can independently complete local control, in modern power plants or ship automation systems, it is usually necessary to integrate generator information into higher-level monitoring or alarm systems. DELOMATIC 3 provides the ability to communicate with the upper system through the interface on the CM-2 module.
The CM-2 module converts the internal ARC net network into a standard serial communication interface, including:
RS232
RS422
RS485
The communication protocol adopts the industrial universal MODBUS RTU, which enables any upper computer, PLC or touch screen that supports the MODBUS protocol to easily read all data in the DGU and possibly send control instructions.
4.2 PC graphic monitoring
In addition to standard MODBUS communication, DEIF also provides a more powerful graphical monitoring solution. By installing dedicated ARCnet network cards and supporting software on PCs or industrial tablets, users can directly access the ARCnet network and achieve comprehensive monitoring of up to 8 DGUs and their subordinate CPs. At this point, PC has become an advanced terminal on the network, capable of real-time display of process flow, trend curves, alarm lists, and parameter adjustment, providing a visual experience far superior to traditional control panels.
