Green on the diagnostic screen indicates registration and normal communication, yellow indicates recognition but not registration and system update required, red indicates unrecognized/missing members, and black indicates non installation. First, check the diagnostic screen and then decide whether to perform a system update, which can reduce blind restarts.
On site inspection checklist
Confirm PE, SELV power supply, fuse, and B-differential voltage for PE; 2. Check the PT/CT ratio, range, phase sequence, and current direction; 3. Confirm that DI07/DI08 feedback is N.C. logic; 4. Confirm that DI01 emergency stop is only used as a signal and the external emergency stop hard circuit is valid; 5. Confirm that R01 is connected in series with the emergency stop; 6. Verify the application mode and circuit breaker transition mode; 7. Check the synchronization window, phase angle compensation, and closing time; 8. Check the CAN terminal resistance, baud rate, nodes, and shielding; 9. Check IP, Modbus ID, and system updates; 10. Verify the protection settings, delay, alarm category, and release conditions; 11. After modifying the parameters, wait for them to be saved before restarting; 12. Keep configuration backups for easy comparison and recovery.
