The LTi SO84.012 is a high-performance three-phase servo drive from the ServoOne family. With 12A continuous current and 24A peak current, it addresses applications requiring significant torque and acceleration. The BG2 air-cooled housing provides excellent thermal management.

Mount vertically with 100 mm clearance above/below. Use shielded motor cables (≤10 m). For cable lengths >0.3 m, shielded cables are mandatory. The integrated mains filter allows compliance with EN 61800-3 environment C2 (residential) and C3 (industrial). For hostile industrial networks, an external mains choke (4% uk) is recommended.
Connect 24V control supply first, then AC mains. Use DriveManager 5 via USB or Ethernet. The 7-segment display shows status (5=ready, 4=motor energized). Parameter sets can be stored to MMC card for cloning. The drive supports iPlc programming via CoDeSys (optional).
Ideal for servo motors up to 3 kW (400V). Typical applications include rotary tables, extruders, web handling, and pick-and-place machines. The peak current of 24A ensures high dynamic response.
Complies with LVD, EMC directives and EN 61800-5-1. UL approval conditions apply (copper 75°C cables, 5kA rating).
