Edge inspection includes position detection, width measurement, count verification, and angle determination for measuring features and detecting defects. Brightness and color inspection includes brightness analysis and HUE detection for verifying color and contrast. Position correction includes 1-model search, 2-model search, position, area, and angle correction to compensate for part positioning variations. The ZFX-C15 includes memory for storing up to 32 registered banks and 32 setup items per bank.
