The correct method for disassembling the motor (to avoid damaging the flange)
When it is necessary to remove the IEC standard flange motor from the HF series reducer, if it is difficult to separate due to rust, it is strictly prohibited to use a screwdriver or lever to pry it to avoid damaging the flange and mating surface. The correct approach is as follows (manual legend):
Drill and tap threads on the fan end of the motor drive shaft (if not pre fabricated).
Screw in impact extractor.
Remove the connecting bolts between the motor and the reducer.
Use an impact puller to push the motor out.
This method can maximize the protection of the fitting accuracy between the input flange of the reducer and the motor flange.
Use of spare parts list and explosion diagram
Chapter 10 of the manual provides Exploded Views and spare parts lists for HF 40, HF 70, and HF 125, listing the part numbers, descriptions, and bearing models (such as 6211, NJ305E, 30305, 32208, etc.) of all replaceable parts, as well as oil seal specifications (such as 55 × 80 × 8 DL, 65 × 90 × 10 DL, etc.).
Engineering suggestion:
When ordering spare parts, it is necessary to reference the complete model and serial number on the nameplate, as well as the part numbers in the spare parts list.
When replacing the bearing, it is recommended to replace the other bearing on the same axis to ensure balance and lifespan.
All seals (O-rings, oil seals) must be replaced after disassembly and must not be reused.
Using only original spare parts, non original spare parts will result in warranty failure and may pose safety hazards.
