6.1 Technical Characteristics

Control ready: SmartLine wireless pressure transmitter supports closed-loop control applications, with time delay and reliability meeting control requirements.

Seamless upgrade: Existing XYR 6000 users can directly join SmartLine wireless pressure transmitters without changing the network.

Product portfolio: including wireless pressure, wireless temperature, and universal I/O wireless transmitters (configurable as analog input, digital input/output).

Host system integration: Deeply integrated with the Expert control system, with no new learning curve for operators.

6.2 Typical Deployment

SmartLine wireless transmitters can save over 70% of wiring costs in remote areas, rotating equipment, mobile devices, or locations where bridge installation is difficult, while providing update rates and reliability equivalent to wired circuits.

Accessories and Integrated Solutions: A Complete Kit Ready to Use Out of the Box

SmartLine not only provides individual transmitters, but also fully integrated accessories, including manifold valves and temperature probe components. The overall calibration and testing are completed in the factory, with certificates and reports attached.

7.1 SmartLine manifold

Suitable for online pressure transmitters.

We offer two valve groups, three valve groups, five valve groups, and two types of bodies: wide body/compact.

Adaptation to traditional or wafer type transmitters.

Optional NACE compliant materials (resistant to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion).

Pre installed in the factory, including installation brackets.

7.2 SmartLine Probe Components

Rigid, threaded, socket welded or flanged temperature components.

RTD or thermocouple sensor paired with thermocouple sleeve.

Optional straight or conical thermocouple sleeves.

SmartLine transmitter and Honeywell Expert ®  Process Knowledge Systems (PKS) have unique integration capabilities that go beyond traditional HART or FF communication:

Transmitter message transmission: Process alarms and equipment diagnostics are directly displayed in the form of system messages at the operation station.

Maintenance mode indication: DCS operators can see whether the transmitter is in calibration or maintenance status to avoid misoperation.

Tampering report: Any on-site configuration changes (such as range modification, write protection status) are automatically recorded and notified.

11.1 Selection Stage

Use cloud based tools for chemical compatibility and working condition simulation, automatically generate data tables, and avoid manual errors.

Priority should be given to models with universal terminals (all SmartLine standard equipment).

For flow measurement, choose a multivariable transmitter directly, eliminating the need for temperature and pressure compensation secondary instruments.
