Core functions

Data caching and processing: Built in high-speed data cache area with a certain capacity, which can temporarily store and preprocess data during data transmission. When multiple devices are sending data simultaneously, the cache area can effectively prevent data loss, ensuring data integrity and continuity. At the same time, it can perform preliminary processing on some simple data, reducing the burden on the system's main processor.


Working principle

Power supply and initialization: After the module is powered on, the internal power management circuit converts the input industrial voltage into the stable voltage required by each component, providing energy support for the entire module. At the same time, start the initialization program and configure the internal registers, communication interfaces, etc. to enter normal working state.

Serial data reception and transmission: When an external serial device sends data, the data enters the module through the corresponding serial interface. The interface circuit first performs level conversion and signal conditioning on the data to comply with the internal logic level standards of the module. Next, the data is transferred to the data cache for temporary storage. When sending data, the module reads the data to be sent from the data buffer area, encodes and level converts it, and sends it to the external device through the serial interface.
